InnateDB is one of the first databases and integrated analysis platforms specifically designed to facilitate systems-level analyses of the mammalian innate immune response. First published in Molecular Systems Biology in 2008, InnateDB has grown since then and now has more than 10,000 users annually world-wide. InnateDB includes over 20,000 manually curated molecular interactions of relevance to innate immunity, providing unprecedented insight into innate immunity networks and pathways and their component molecules.

The High Level Summit on Rising HIV, Sexually Transmissible Infections (STI) and Viral Hepatitis in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Communities (‘The Summit’) was an initiative of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander HIV Awareness Week. The Summit represents one of the most important meetings in Indigenous Health, blood borne viruses (BBV) and STIs in more than 30 years.

The Sexual Health and Relationships Survey is the first national survey of young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in relation to sexually transmissible infections (STIs) and blood borne viruses (BBVs) undertaken in Australia. The survey involved collection of data comprising four areas (i) demographics; (ii) questions assessing knowledge of STIs and BBVs; (iii) questions relating to risk behaviours and (iv) questions related to use of and access to health services. Just under 3,000 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people aged 16-29 were surveyed in every Australian jurisdiction.
